The rooms were brand-new, good-sized, and came with a king bed and a fridge. Easy central location next to Seattle on the 17th and Lake Meridian. Rewritten: I really liked the brand-new and spacious rooms with a comfy king bed and fridge. The hotel's central location near Seattle and Lake Meridian was convenient.

The rooms had microwaves, the location was convenient and easy to access. The neighborhood, while not the best, was still convenient for getting around.

The breakfast room selection was a joke. A few bagels. A few mini muffins and stale pancakes.

Well-stocked and fairly spacious room in good shape. Having a microwave and fridge in the room is a nice bonus. Will definitely be back for the decent breakfast! 🍳

Location

Bathroom mold. Shower knob broken. Stains all over carpet. Stinky smoking room only available. The best was the 1 hour of screaming and fighting among the 15/20 African American around the pool courtyard. Which I had an excellent view of from my balcony. It was "live you-tube"... I would have rather slept in my car. What a waste of money staying there.

Desk Girl was very helpfu; and energetic.

Price, conditions: people outside all night. poorly draining shower.

Peaceful and convenient position, we really enjoyed staying here.

Brand-new and stocked room for what we needed with 2 queen beds and a microwave, for example. Everything was great as expected, but the bathroom was dirty.

The staff was attentive and the location of the hotel in a great neighborhood was convenient. The breakfast options, like cereals and hot waffles, were plentiful and the rooms were well-stocked and in good condition.

The hotel was extremely convenient and good standard, with easy location close to airport.

The room we stayed in was lovely and had a pull-out bed and a refrigerator, which was really convenient.

The reception area was nice and modern, there is a Denny's right across the street in walking distance.

It's apparent that the whole place has a lot of miles on the odometer. With the exception of the reception it's old and worn. Cleanliness was barely ok (undefined stains on the bathroom door, stale smell in the room). The price was way to high and we would never have paid it, if we had any alternative.

Clean hotel with really kind staff and adequate breakfasts. Accommodating room, perfect, with tea and the fridge and refrigerator. Great restaurant and decent meal. Enjoyable base for exploring Kent.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the half marathon I was running. The water pressure was great and the room had coffee and plenty of towels. I was especially happy to find a hairdryer since I forgot mine. The room was clean and comfortable for myself, my significant other, and our dog. I loved that we could bring our dog with us for a reasonable fee. The continental breakfast provided a good start to the day.

I would highly recommend staying anywhere else.
